GKV 10 mile summer time trial series
- Popular ‘come and try it event’ – open to members and non-members alike.
- Held on Wednesday evenings every two weeks from June to August.
- 2012 club championship begins 13th June – see calendar.
- Meet and sign on from 7pm, first rider away at 7.30pm, then at 1 minute intervals
- Starts from Wimberry Hill Garden Centre SK13 7QG
- 10 miles and 700 feet of climbing – time trial bike not essential, road bike OK
- If you want to ride just turn up on the night (£2 entry fee)
- Records: Sean Caldwell (c.27 mins. Is this safe for 2011?!). Sub 30 mins is very respectable on this hilly course.
